What the Future Brings

Feed your selves, until we’re the size of houses
But don’t expect, any one to save you.
Keep fit have access to what you don’t need
Wile those that really need it, die with out a chance

No need to chew your food,
Now it’s pulp in tubes
You won’t get hurt again,
Now the world’s made from rubber
Lets bubble wrap every thing

Please don’t think, we’ll just do it for you
Blind hate, and never question faith
Shop online, or spend your life in Tesco
When independents die,
You’re the first to complain

And you can’t say black or queer
Coz all the walls have ears
They know what you’re thinking
They live inside your brain
Controlling every thing

Work hard, planning for the future
Only to find, they’ve all turned to shit
Stressed out, enjoy your midlife crisis
Flexxx the credit cards, wile the family starve

And you can’t say black or queer
Coz all the walls have ears
They know what you’re thinking
They live inside your brain
Controlling every thing

Deep clean disposal of the vagrants
But don’t ask, what we did to them?
Just except, that we did you all a favour
And questioning is rude.
(“We’ve put them in your food”)

No need to chew your food,
Now it’s pulp in tubes
You won’t get hurt again,
Now the world’s made from rubber
Lets bubble wrap every thing

Nag, nag the processed beat of failure
It’s the theme tune from the past,
That depicts the working class.
From flat caps, and slacks
To tracksuits and last years daps

If I could do it all again
I’d kill myself at birth
And you wouldn’t say a word
Coz then I’d never know
What the future brings
